DIVINE RESTORATION

Wow, Fifth Month already and this is tagged the month of restoration.
Restoration is gotten from the verb “Restore” Meaning returning the latter to the former or original design, Bringing back to the original state by rebuilding.

Let me start with a little diversion:
In the field of Electronic / Computer OS Engineering, there is a feature added to every device from factory, it is called SYSTEM RESTORE. In smaller devices, a simple RESET BUTTON or a Factory Default Setting is added.

These features are added because the manufacturer knows that during the cause of operation, the user may cause the system to malfunction; that is where these buttons or features come in handy. System restore will rewind the system to the last working configuration or last known working date. RESET or Factory Default on the other hand will set the system to the original settings before purchase. That is for human operated machines.

Divine restoration can be said as God himself taking time to repair a human being or something that concerns a human being to the very Original Design or returning everything that was lost or stolen (Most times with Interest)

THE STORY OF ZACCHAEUS (Luke 19:1-10)
Zacchaeus the popular tax collector was notorious for being a corrupt tax officer; He inflated taxes and was dubious in all his conducts. He had an encounter with Jesus Christ and you know the rest of the story. The reason for telling this story has nothing to do with his conversion but what he said after his conversion in luke 19:8 (Luke 19:8 Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, "Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.NKJV). He said he would give he would restore everybody he stole from in FOURFOLD.
Imagine if you were one of the people who paid the heaviest tax to Zacchaeus, this would have been your greatest investment.
We mentioned and pray for restoration, We pray for God to replace something the enemy has stolen but my question is “What if the enemy stole nothing from you because you had nothing to be stolen?”
Joel 2:25”I will give you back what you lost in the years when swarms of locusts ate your crops. GNT”
Locust are only found on farmlands and they only feed on sweat of farmers. God has promised to give back all the years the locust ate according to Joel 2:25 but imagine if your own farm was not attacked by locust because there was nothing planted on the farm, then what will God give you? Nothing!!!
It is paramount will work hard because everything in life is connected to hardwork –Everything
- Restoration is coming to those who planted, watered and their proceeds were snatched from them before they could even eat of it.
- Restoration is coming to those that have gotten spiritual, physical and mental damage, God is replacing that damage part to the original new one.
- God is going to arrest that Zacchaeus in your life and everything he stole from you will be returned back to you in fourfold
- As for the rest of you needing the hand of God to reset you back to your original heavenly factory design, God is going to renew you and rebuild every broken walls in your life.
- Restoration becomes sweet when you have worked too hard and you have been denied your benefits. Those of you have laboured without benefits; God is returning everything back to you in fourfold.
FINALLY, I SAY, WHATEVER GOD IS RESTORING TO YOU THIS MONTH WILL REMAIN WITH YOU AND NOTHING SHALL SNATCH IT FROM YOU AGAIN. AMEN
